Retsko Vending provides vending and micro market services in the Houston metropolitan area and its surrounding regions. We offer high-quality and affordable snacks, beverages, and other items conveniently tailored to suit the needs of our customers. We have a wide selection of products and machines to fit any location and can accommodate both traditional and healthy vending needs.
Equipment
We own several different brands of vending machine equipment, most of which come with cashless transaction capabilities. We can offer any of the following options:
- Snack ONLY vending Machine.
- Beverage ONLY vending Machine.
- Snack and Beverage COMBO vending machine.
- Customizable vending machines for vending nearly any product.
Customer Service
The services listed below will be yours FREE OF CHARGE. We are happy to consider modifications that you suggest.
Routine Beverage and Snack Service
We will fill the machines with all agreed upon vending items:
- At least once a week
- When less than 20% of vending item slots are full
- According to a mutually agreed upon schedule of service.
Vending Machine Items
We offer a wide selection of snacks and beverages. You can either choose the beverages and snacks that we load into the machines, or you can leave the selection to us. For the customizable vending machines, we often use for non-snack and beverage products, we are more than happy to accommodate nearly any requests from you. Some of our clients suggest products such as toiletries, Over-The-Counter pain relief medications, laundry machine items, etc.
Note: Both the equipment and the content of the vending machines are covered under our insurance policy.
Installation
We install the vending equipment(s) at no cost to you and at a time and day that you approve.
Issue Management
General Complaint/Change Management Resolution process:
Should you require any changes to vending machine items or become aware of equipment issues, please notify us immediately by sending an email to support@retsko.com or by calling (832) 617-4633.
Maintenance
We will perform maintenance each time one of our technicians fills a machine, or at least twice per month. Maintenance services include:
- Cleaning
- Remotely monitoring inventory and vending machine functionality
- Replacement of malfunctioning parts
